By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility — 18+ Only
Ember is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account or use the Service. 3. How Ember Works
Ember is a private communication tool designed to help two paired partners explore shared intimacy preferences. Individual responses are kept private and are only revealed as a mutual match when both partners independently indicate interest. You are responsible for the content you submit and for using the Service respectfully with your partner.
4. Consent and Respect
Ember is built on the principles of consent, comfort, and mutual respect. You agree to use the Service only with a consenting adult partner. Any content or activity you engage in as a result of using Ember is entirely your own responsibility. Ember facilitates communication; it does not direct, require, or endorse any particular activity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service if you are under 18 or on behalf of anyone under 18;
- Harass, coerce, or share content about another person without their consent;
- Attempt to access another user’s private data or reverse-engineer the Service;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
